We accept volunteers, who help us to look after the local environment and with farm jobs, and we offer food and accommodation at Milies. For more information, please contact us here

Our Farm
The farm is located between the villages of Karyona and Milies. It's organic, and covers an area of 3300 square meters. It can be reached by using the rural road that runs from Papados/Skopelos through Karyona, to Milies. There are several roads going to Milies from the Plomari side, including one from Trigonas, and the farm is a few kilometres on, towards Karyona. There is also a clearly marked footpath from Trigonas.Approaching the farm, you see the smooth round-edged hill that gives the area it's name, Toumba.
View from Toumba

Toumba is 500 metres above sea level and from here you can see the mountains, the south coast of the island, Plomari and it's port, the Turkish coast and Chios. You can even see Psara island, if weather conditions are good.

The cafe is on the peak of the hill and here you can enjoy the great view, have a drink or eat food made from local produce. The stables are nearby and house eight horses and a donkey, that can help visitors to explore the area, using scenic paths and rural roads. The farm can supply olive oil and dried figs, which are biologically cultivated and produced by us. The other side of the farm leads down towards Milies, and is full of olive, pine, pear and fig trees. There is a beautiful mature oak, a small vineyard and the farm's own spring with pure drinking water.

We also offer mountain bikes for those who prefer to explore more actively!
